Job Description - Process monthly payroll for employees accurately and on time. - Ensure compliance with all payroll regulations and laws. - Prepare and file annual returns related to payroll taxes and other statutory requirements. - Manage and maintain employee attendance records. - Prepare and submit Provident Fund (PF) and Employee State Insurance Corporation (ESIC) challans. - Handle Labour Welfare Fund (LWF) and Professional Tax (PT) compliance. - Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll and benefits. - Generate reports for management review. Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field. - 2-4 years of experience in payroll processing and compliance. - Strong knowledge of payroll regulations and laws. - Proficiency in using payroll software and MS Office, especially Excel. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information. Preferred Qualifications: - Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) or similar certification. - Experience working with large-scale payroll systems. - Knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
