Job Description

Education

- Bachelors degree in accounting and finance
- Semi Qualified Chartered Accountant

Experience 3 years of experience in accounting or finance excluding articleship.

Key responsibilities

- Knowledge of preparation of balance sheet as per requirement of Sch III of the companies Act
- Knowledge of Accounting Standard and IND AS
- Independently handle closure of Books of accounts.
- Experience of handling related party transactions
- Knowledge of TDS, TCS and GST compliance.
- Provide audit support as and when necessary.
- Liaising with external stakeholders as when necessary (e.g. bankers, insurers, etc.).
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices.
- Participate in the development and enhancement of accounting systems.
- Handling Team of around 05 to 06 people

Required key skills

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Well-versed with knowledge of accounting principles, Ind AS, financial reporting, and regulatory requirements.
