Vacancy for CA/Semi-qualified CA/Articles

We are an audit firm with 9 partners and head office in BKC- Bandra, Mumbai, and branch offices in Delhi and Bengaluru.

We are looking out for Chartered Accountants /semi-qualified CA/Articles/Trainees.

EXPERIENCED CHARTERED ACCOUNTANTS:

 Director/ Sr Manager – (8 to 15 years of experience)- Salary Rs. 15 – Rs. 30 lacs

Manager – (4 to 7 years of experience) Rs. 10 – Rs. 15 lacs

·        Significant experience in the field of audit for listed and large unlisted clients

·        Knowledge of Ind AS, Company Act, GST, etc, is mandatory.

·        Should have good knowledge of SAAs and ISAs's

·        Exposure to such as IFRS and US GAAP would be an added advantage

·        Good communication and inter-personal skills.

·        Ability to handle clients independently and communicate with those charged with governance.

·        Ability to bring new clients and business. Active, involved in client execution and business

development.

·        Experience in Statutory audit / internal audit is a must.

·        Experience of handling medium and large size engagement independently.

·        Exposure to international GAAP and GAAP would be an additional advantage.

·        Should have experience of handling large team sizes.

·        Good communication and interpersonal skills are a must.

SEMI QUALIFIED CA – (3 to 15 years of experience)- Salary Rs. 3  Lakhs and above

Articles/Trainees – (0 to 2 years of experience) Rs. 1.2 Lakhs and above

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Chartered Accountant, based in Mumbai. The Chartered Accountant will be responsible for Statutory audits /internal audits/forensic audits/Bank audits.

Additional duties may include financial forecasting, budgeting, and advising on financial strategy.

The roles require close collaboration with other departments to provide financial insights and recommendations for business improvements.

Qualifications

  • Expertise in Financial Accounting, Financial Reporting, and Financial Forecasting
  • Strong knowledge of Taxation, Tax Planning, and Tax Compliance
  • Proficiency in Auditing and Audit Management
  • Excellent skills in Budgeting, Financial Analysis, and Financial Strategy
  • Attention to detail and strong analytical skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Certified Chartered Accountant (CA)/CPA qualification required
  • Experience in the statutory/internal/bank audits sector is a plus
  • Proficiency in financial software and tools
