Key Skills Good Machine knowledge Utilities knowledge Planning Execution Interface skills commercial orientation Operational safety Leading Team S No Accountabilities Responsibilities Control Point 1 Improve safety consciousness amongst employees To develop Training module based on injury analysis HOD feedback Auditors feedback etc Developing Monthly training calendar for SHE training To arrange the External Internal resources for training Plan SHE improvements review in monthly meeting to assess SHE performance against a plan Encourage Team implement systems with the help of HR to encourage compliance - 2 Emergency Management Implement On-site emergency plan and procedure Conduct training on emergency preparedness Ensure Procurement of necessary equipment Ensure Fire-Drill is conducted at regular intervals Identify the gaps and developing the action plan to arrest the gaps Representing the SRF for Off Site Emergency Plan - 3 Capability Development of Team Process Enable Team Implement TQM practices for process improvements Motivates team challenges them with stretched targets and reviews their performances Enable the team to efficiently handle plant maintenance by training and coaching the team - 4 Ensure maximum uptime of Machines Equipment s and Utilities Identify a system to capture the needs of the internal customer and make a system to take actions Initiate regular meetings with internal customers to improve collective performance as per the budgeted figures Compliance of preventive maintenance schedule and condition monitoring schedule of equipment s Utilities are operated at the optimum cost No Of breakdowns 5 Repairs and maintenance of all equipment s in the plant Designing and maintaining PM Designing and maintaining Lubrication system Coordination with the production process for scheduling and implementing the planned repairs and maintenance Budget variance 6 Engineering Ensure adherence to budgets To comply with Budget in terms of R M expenses of Engineering Deptt As per Budget 7 Reduction in overall cost maintenance cost energy cost To take initiatives each years to reduce the energy cost fuel cost maintenance cost Implement the required system to control the cost Identify PSP Projects and involve Team for cost savings Cost Savings 8 Identification of Occupational Health Safety risks and developing control measures in order to minimize eliminate them Identification of risks through Hazard Identification Risk Assessment of all activities To provide the training for employees to identify the risk Selection of appropriate PPEs based on the hazards by conducting the hazard assessment and job risk exposure Ensure the PPEs are made available to all concerned Auditing and periodically assessing to find out effectiveness of PPE Arrange and coordinate to carry out Yearly external safety Audit Quantitative Risk Assessment QRA HAZOP Process Safety Review and ensuring the implementation of recommendations Health Safety 9 Project Ensuring Capex closure with in the budgeted cost f Manage Erection commissioning of Project Ensure all the planned activities are completed in time with quality output Monitor the project progress Involve stakeholders to perform their responsibilities Organize required resources to ensure timeliness quality Lead Time Capex Cost
