As a Claims Analyst you xe2x80x98ll perform various functions which primarily involve analyzing advising and managing claims for various lines of businesses The emphasis of your job is on reviewing claims filled by policyholders for completeness and accuracy as well as establishing that the damages are covered by their policies It also entails maintaining updated records and preparing required xc2xb7 Adjudicate claims activities like setting up new claims making payments refunds updating reserves adding vendor details etc in Legacy as well as new environment called Global Claim System GCS xc2xb7 Collect accurate information and documents to proceed with a claim xc2xb7 Liaising with Claim handlers onshore brokers and underwriters xc2xb7 Manage all administration aspects of the claim xc2xb7 Adhere to legal requirements industry regulations and customer quality standards set by the company xc2xb7 Ensuring good customer service for the clientYou will report to the Deputy Manager Claims QualificationsWere looking for someone who has these abilities and skills Required Skills and Abilities xc2xb7 Graduate Postgraduate in any discipline preferably insurance xc2xb7 Managing assigned claims across multiple jurisdictions and being involved in all phases of a claim life cycle including investigation evaluating damages establishing claim resolution strategy and claim closure xc2xb7 Coordinating and managing communication with internal and external stakeholders i e brokers vendors underwriting credit control to ensure highest level of customer service xc2xb7 Exhibiting and promoting excellent customer service skills xc2xb7 Complying with claim handling guidelines and principles xc2xb7 Manage claims portfolio and look to become domain expert on various lines of business and have good understanding of the product to drive better claims outcome driving excellent service xc2xb7 Ensuring that claim files are properly documented to reflect key information activities and
