Job Description - Grade Specific Key Skills and Competencies We are looking for passionate Java developers with strong technical foundations and a drive to build scalable, high-performance applications. The ideal candidates should have: - Proficiency in Core and Advanced Java, including object-oriented programming, multithreading, exception handling, and collections. - Hands-on experience with Spring Boot, Spring MVC, and RESTful API development. - Solid understanding of relational databases, with strong SQL and Oracle skills (especially for the Chennai role). - Familiarity with front-end technologies like HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and JSP/Servlets. - Experience using version control systems such as Git. - Exposure to build tools like Maven or Gradle. - Knowledge of unit testing frameworks like JUnit or TestNG. - For senior roles: experience in designing scalable architectures, leading modules, and mentoring junior developers.
