[Urgent] Java Developer

About Position: We are hiring for Java Developer with hands on experience in java, kafka, springboot. - Role: Java Developer - Location: Bangalore/Hyderabad/Pune - Experience: 5 to 9 years - Job Type: Full Time Employment What Youll Do: - Design and implement real-time data streaming solutions using Apache Kafka for scalable and high-throughput systems. - Develop and maintain Java-based microservices using Spring Boot, integrating with Kafka for event-driven architectures. - Architect and optimize Kafka clusters, topics, partitions, and consumer groups for performance and reliability. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data pipelines, message schemas, and integration patterns. - Ensure secure and reliable data exchange across distributed systems including internal applications, third-party platforms, and cloud services. - Lead initiatives around Kafka Connect, Kafka Streams, and Schema Registry for seamless data flow and transformation. - Implement monitoring, alerting, and logging for Kafka-based systems using tools like Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, etc. - Ensure compliance with data governance, security standards, and best practices in distributed messaging systems. - Mentor junior developers on Kafka architecture, Java best practices, and stream processing techniques. - Participate in code reviews, technical design discussions, and performance tuning efforts. Expertise YouII Bring: - Strong hands-on experience in Java (5+) and Spring Boot for backend development. - Deep expertise in Apache Kafka – including producers, consumers, Kafka Streams, and Kafka Connect. - Experience designing and deploying event-driven microservices and real-time data pipelines. - Familiarity with REST APIs, JSON, Avro, and Protobuf for data serialization and communication. - Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus. - Understanding of security protocols (OAuth2.0, TLS) and data compliance (GDPR, HIPAA) is desirable. - Proven ability to lead large-scale integration projects and work with cross-functional teams.
