Job Title: Solution Architect (Technology) – Cloud with proposal writing for cloud and

managed services is a must

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Solution Architect who can build technology services solutions for

leading Insurance firms globally. As the lead solution architect, this person will work with clients to

understand their technology imperatives and build business aligned technology solutions that help

them transform their technology landscape. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in system

architecture, cloud technologies, and enterprise applications, ensuring seamless integration across

various platforms.

Core deliverables

∙Should hold expertise in executing large and complex projects preferably in Insurance space .

∙Expertise in presales with experience in providing Technical engagement , architecture ,

solution consulting and design for clients.

∙Should be able to demonstrate a high-level of planning , implementation , migration

experience for deploying end to end solution for clients

∙Expertise in cloud migration ( either Azure/ Aws ) in IAAS AND PAAS is a must.

∙Focused on cloud migration, deployment, implementation, defining the scope , coordination

with business stake holders

∙Technical expertise in preparing ( presales )proposal for cloud & managed services is a

must for the role.

∙Technical expertise in any one programming language ( .NET/ JAVA/ PYTHON ) is

preferred

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop end-to-end architectural solutions that align with business and technology

strategies.

• Collaborate with stakeholders, including business leaders, developers, and IT teams, to translate

requirements into technical designs.

• Assess existing systems and recommend improvements or modernizations.

• Ensure compliance with security, scalability, and performance best practices.

• Lead the selection of appropriate tools, technologies, and frameworks.

• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams.

• Create architectural documentation, including diagrams, standards, and best practices.

• Evaluate and integrate third-party software, APIs, and cloud services.

• Participate in project planning, risk assessment, and quality assurance processes.

• Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to drive innovation.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

• 12+ years of experience in software development, systems architecture, or IT consulting.

• Proven experience designing cloud-based and on-premise architectures.

• Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and microservices

architectures.

. Exp in IAAS, PAAS or any managed services is must

• Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, .NET, or JavaScript.

• Experience with DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).

• Strong understanding of security, networking, and database technologies.

• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

• Certifications in cloud architecture (AWS Solutions Architect, Azure Solutions Architect, etc.) are a

plus.
