Job Title: Project Manager – SaaS (Fleet Safety Solutions) Location: Peenya, Bengaluru Department: Project Management / Operations Reports To: Business & Operations Company Overview We are a fast-growing Indian technology company delivering AI-powered fleet safety solutions through advanced video telematics and SaaS-based platforms. Our integrated hardware-software ecosystem empowers fleet operators to monitor driver behavior, ensure compliance, and improve road safety outcomes across sectors such as logistics, oil & gas, and public transport. Role Summary We are looking for a mid-level Project Manager who will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing deployment projects involving our SaaS platform and connected hardware devices. This includes working with cross-functional internal teams and external partners to ensure successful and timely delivery for enterprise clients across India. Key Responsibilities - Plan, schedule, and manage the end-to-end delivery of SaaS and hardware implementation projects for fleetsafety solutions. - Act as the primary point of contact for internal teams and client stakeholders during the project lifecycle. - Coordinate with product, field service, engineering, and customer success teams to ensure successful rollouts. - Monitor project progress, manage risks, track budgets, and report status to leadership and customers. - Manage regional deployments, including coordination with local service partners, transporters, and clients. - Ensure documentation, compliance, and reporting standards are maintained for all projects. - Conduct post-deployment reviews and drive continuous improvement initiatives. - Handle client interactions for implementation plans, technical alignment, and go-live support. Required Qualifications and Skills - Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Technology, or a related field. PMP / Agile certifications are a plus. - 4–7 years of experience in project management in SaaS, IoT, or automotive/telematics solutions. - Exposure to hardware/software deployment projects in India, ideally in logistics, transportation, or safetydomains. - Strong command of project tracking tools such as Jira, Asana, MS Project, or equivalent. - Excellent communication in English and Hindi; knowledge of regional languages (e.G., Kannada, Tamil, Telugu) is a plus. - Willingness to travel across India based on project needs. - Strong documentation, coordination, and stakeholder management skills. Preferred Experience - Experience working with automotive hardware (e.G., dashcams, GPS, ADAS systems). - Familiarity with road safety protocols, transport operations, and regulatory compliance in India. - Understanding of API integrations and cloud platforms like AWS/Azure. - Exposure to large-scale rollouts across tier-1 and tier-2 cities.
