Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Tele Sales Executive, based in Kanpur. The Tele Sales Executive will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers through calls, understanding their requirements, and providing product information. Additional responsibilities include generating leads, maintaining client relationships, and ensuring follow-ups to close sales. Candidates will also work on meeting sales targets, documenting customer interactions, and contributing to the overall sales strategies. Qualifications - Strong communication, persuasion, and active listening skills for customer interactions - Ability to generate leads, negotiate effectively, and build strong client relationships - Proficiency in sales techniques, maintaining records, and achieving sales targets - Prior experience in tele sales or customer service roles is advantageous - Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM tools or sales software - Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work well in team environments - Background in pet products or the leather industry is an added advantage - High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus
