Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Associate located in Bengaluru. The Sales Associate will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, understanding their financial needs, and recommending suitable loan products. Responsibilities include managing customer inquiries, processing loan applications, conducting follow-up communications, and ensuring excellent customer service throughout the lending process. The Sales Associate will also collaborate with the lending team to ensure customer satisfaction and compliance with company policies.

Qualifications

- Sales, Customer Service, and Relationship Management skills
- Ability to handle customer inquiries and process loan applications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of the lending industry and financial products
- Proficient in using CRM software and other related tools
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Bachelor&aposs degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
