Position Overview

We are seeking 4 experienced .NET Developers proficient in ASP.NET WebForms, MSSQL, and related technologies to join our team. This role involves developing and maintaining web applications, with a focus on backend database integration and frontend functionality using legacy ASP.NET WebForms. Candidates will work on contract or payroll basis, based out of our Ahmedabad office on Ashram Road.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain web applications using ASP.NET WebForms, C#, and related .NET frameworks.
- Build and optimize database schemas, queries, stored procedures, and integrations using MSSQL (Microsoft SQL Server).
- Implement related technologies such as ADO.NET, Entity Framework, LINQ, JavaScript/jQuery for client-side enhancements, and IIS for deployment.
- Troubleshoot and debug issues in existing WebForms applications, ensuring performance, security, and scalability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, conduct code reviews, and deploy updates.
- Participate in agile methodologies, including sprint planning and daily stand-ups.
- Ensure compliance with best practices for data security, version control (e.g., Git), and application lifecycle management.

Required Skills and Qualifications

- Proven experience (3+ years) in ASP.NET WebForms development, including master pages, user controls, and state management.
- Strong proficiency in MSSQL, including T-SQL scripting, database design, indexing, and performance tuning.
- Familiarity with related technologies such as:
- C#/.NET Framework (4.0+).
- HTML/CSS, JavaScript, AJAX for WebForms enhancements.
- Web services (ASMX/WCF) and API integration.
- Visual Studio IDE and debugging tools.
- Bachelor&aposs degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work collaboratively in an office environment.
- Good communication skills for in-person and virtual collaboration via tools like Microsoft Teams or Zoom.
- Prior experience in contract-based projects or payroll employment is preferred.

Preferred Skills

- Experience with migrating WebForms to modern frameworks like ASP.NET MVC or Blazor.
- Knowledge of cloud services (e.g., Azure SQL Database) or DevOps tools.
- Understanding of security protocols (e.g., OWASP) in web applications.

Location and Work Arrangement

- Office Location: Ashram Road, Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India.
- Work Model: Full-time work from office. Candidates must reside in or near Ahmedabad for daily commuting to the office.
