Job Summary

We are seeking a Senior Developer with strong expertise in .NET Core and hands-on experience with modern frontend frameworks like Angular or React. The ideal candidate is not just a skilled coder but also a great communicator who can lead small teams, manage client expectations, and deliver robust, scalable, and testable solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain high-quality applications using .NET Core and Angular/React.
  • Write clean, scalable, and testable code following best practices and coding standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver technical solutions.
  • Take ownership of projects/modules and ensure timely, high-quality delivery.
  • Lead and mentor junior developers, ensuring knowledge sharing and growth.
  • Manage client communication effectively, understand requirements, and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving development processes.
  • Stay updated with the latest technologies and suggest improvements for existing systems.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 3 to 5 years of hands-on development experience with .NET Core.
  • Strong proficiency in Angular or React (minimum 2+ years).
  • Solid understanding of OOP, design patterns, and software architecture principles.
  • Experience with REST APIs, Microservices, and Entity Framework.
  • Proficiency in SQL Server or other relational databases.
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to lead small teams and handle client interactions confidently.

Good to Have

  • Experience with Azure/AWS Cloud Services.
  • Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
  • Familiarity with Docker/Kubernetes.
  • Exposure to unit testing frameworks (xUnit, NUnit, Jest, Jasmine, etc.).
