Job Description

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end bulk hiring process for various roles (sales, support, operations, field staff, etc.).
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, databases, employee referrals, and walk-ins.
- Conduct initial screening, interviews, and assessments in line with job requirements.
- Coordinate large-scale recruitment drives, job fairs, campus hiring, and walk-in interviews.
- Maintain candidate database and ensure timely closures within agreed SLAs.
- Partner with business teams to understand hiring needs and manpower planning.
- Handle offer roll-outs, negotiations, and joining formalities.
- Track recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, offer-to-join ratio).

Requirements

- Bachelor's/Master's degree in HR or related field.
- 15 years of experience in bulk/volume hiring (BPO, sales, retail, or staffing industry preferred).
- Strong sourcing skills on Naukri, Shine, Indeed, LinkedIn, and social media.
- Excellent communication and people management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Knowledge of HR tools, ATS, and MS Excel.
