Key Responsibilities Lead and manage the R D team to drive the development of new Medium Voltage Switchgear products ensuring adherence to quality cost and schedule targets Drive innovation and continuous improvement in product design testing and validation processes Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of new technologies and features into the Medium Voltage Switchgear product portfolio Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the R D team fostering a culture of excellence and accountability Competency development Technical leadership Functional of team Career Planning and development Coaching the Scrum masters in process tools and program management in agile way Build strong technical RCA review and governance with stake holders and Customer FIRST mindset Stay abreast of industry trends standards and best practices to drive product innovation and competitiveness Requirements Bachelor s or Master s degree in Electrical Mechanical Engineering or related field Proven experience in R D and product development within the Medium Voltage Switchgear industry preferrably in GISAtleast 5 years of People Management Experience Strong technical acumen and understanding of Medium Voltage Switchgear technologies standards and market trends Leadership experience with a demonstrated ability to lead and motivate technical teams Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across functions Soft Skills Work experience in Multicultural environment and Global mindset Strong influence and Collaboration skills Business sense and Customer intimacy Good Presentation and communication skills Critical thinking and problem-solving skills Inclusive and Quick Decision-making ability Schedule Full-time Req 0092B7
