Basic Qualification required - 1 Two years of relevant experience in Diploma Mechanical Engineering or Four years of relevant experience in ITI Machinist 2 Passed out DTDM Students are also eligible to apply 3 Must have Operating experience in the similar profile JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Responsible for setting up and tending Studer S30-1 grinding machine in order to grind external or internal cylindrical or tapered surfaces of metal pieces Remove metal by the application of abrasives which are bonded to form a rotating wheel Read and interpret charts drawings and blueprints Determine product specifications such as dimensions tolerances and number of parts to be ground Determine grinding speeds feed rates holding fixtures and grinding wheels to be used Responsible for Tool print reading SPC monitoring of tool dimensions using micrometers gages and comparators Produces assigned parts to specifications while meeting performance standards Assures all work is processed in a swift and a timely fashion with high quality result Identifies and addresses safety concerns and adheres to all safety guideline Salary Range INR 25 000 - 30 000 per month with performance based incentives Additional Benefits 1 Retention bonus after completion of 1 year 2 Overtime Compensation to be paid extra 3 One time train fair to be made available from Bangalore to home city per year 4 PF ESIC Benefits 5 Scope for higher Education course while continuing the Job with no additional cos Job Type Full-time Pay 18 411 20 - 25 292 23 per month Benefits Health insurance Provident Fund Schedule Day shift Morning shift Night shift Rotational shift Experience total work 3 years Preferred Work Location In person
