Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Associate, located in Pune. The Sales Associate will be responsible for building and maintaining client relationships, generating leads, and meeting sales targets. Daily tasks include understanding client needs, providing suitable logistics solutions, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role involves frequent client interactions, sales presentations, and coordination with other departments to streamline services and enhance client experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

- Engage with prospective and existing customers to understand their needs and requirements.
- Generate leads and follow up to convert them into successful business opportunities.
- Maintain thorough product knowledge to confidently present and promote our services.
- Support the execution of sales strategies to meet monthly and quarterly targets.
- Prepare and present sales reports and gather customer feedback.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth order processing and timely deliveries.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Professionally handle walk-in inquiries, phone calls, and email communications.

Qualifications

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven sales experience and ability to meet targets
- Knowledge of logistics and supply chain management
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office Suite
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Preferred:

- Prior experience in the logistics industry will be a plus.
- Candidates from Pune or those familiar with the regional market are preferred.
- Ability to communicate in the local language, along with Hindi and English.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Logistics, or related field

Joining: Immediate or as early as possible
