Inside Sales Specialist Software Sales
Location: Bangalore (Electronic City Phase 2) Work from Office
CTC: 5 to 8 LPA
Experience: 2 to 6 years
About the Role:
We are looking for a results-driven Inside Sales Specialist to join our dynamic team If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, excel at building relationships, and have a knack for selling software solutions, this role is for you. You will be at the forefront of driving business growth by identifying new opportunities, engaging with potential clients, and converting leads into long-term partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation & Outreach: Identify and connect with potential clients through cold calling, market research, and social media platforms.
Client Engagement: Understand customer pain points and recommend the right IT/software solutions to address their business challenges.
Sales Pipeline Management: Build, track, and manage a high-quality sales pipeline, ensuring consistent conversions and target achievements.
Product Demonstrations: Schedule and coordinate software demos and presentations with prospects and the internal business development team.
CRM & Reporting: Maintain accurate lead records, interactions, and progress updates in the CRM system.
Market Research: Identify new markets, industries, and opportunities for expansion.
Stakeholder Communication: Engage with decision-makers and schedule high-impact meetings to drive sales closures.
What We're Looking For:
Proven experience in inside sales, lead generation, or business development in software/IT sales.
Strong communication skills (verbal, written, and presentation).
Ability to build rapport and maintain relationships with key decision-makers.
Hands-on experience with CRM tools, market research, and cold-calling strategies.
A self-motivated, target-driven mindset with a passion for closing deals.
