Job Description We are seeking experienced IDM Developers/Analysts to join our team and enhance our identity management platform, ensuring the right people have the right access across the business. The ideal candidates will possess a minimum of 7 years of experience in IDM, specifically with the product One Identity, and will have a strong focus on leadership and mentoring within L2 support teams. Main Responsibilities As an IDM Developer/Analyst, you will: - Handle day-to-day production issues and maintenance, providing L3 support as needed. - Manage and deliver a pipeline of small change work items through all IT lifecycle stages. - Document requirements capture and testing processes. - Perform development to system standards. - Conduct regression testing, packaging, and deploying actions. - Mentor FD L2 support resources and conduct handover of changes. - Analyze business data and process requirements for IDM platform support. - Engage in design and development change activities related to the IDM platform. - Advise on implementation strategies for IDM platform projects. - Conduct system testing and support user acceptance tests. - Develop release plans and manage promotions in controlled environments (UAT, PROD). Key Requirements - Minimum 7 years experience in IDM. - Proficient with the One Identity product. - Experience with version 8 or 9 upgrades. - Capable of development, analysis, testing, and stakeholder management. - Demonstrated experience in mentoring and team leadership. Nice to Have - Familiarity with additional identity management platforms. - Experience in user acceptance testing. - Knowledge of IT lifecycle management processes.
