IDM/IAM Test Engineer

Job Description Your tasks - - Developing test strategies, test plans and test cases based on specified requirements and design documents. - Performing test case execution to validate the functionality, performance, and security of IAM systems and applications. This involves manual testing, as well as using test automation tools where applicable. - Identifying and documenting software defects, tracking their status, and working with development teams to ensure timely resolution. - Configuring and maintaining the necessary test environments, including servers, databases, network configurations, and user roles, to simulate real-world scenarios. - Collaborating with cross-functional teams including developers, business analysts, and project managers to ensure a clear understanding of requirements and to provide clear and concise updates on testing progress and issues. Your Qualifications - - Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or similar experience - Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities to identify, analyze, and resolve complex issues encountered during IDM testing. Ability to think critically and propose innovative solutions. - Understanding of identity management concepts and principles, including user provisioning, user lifecycle management, role-based access control (RBAC), identity synchronization, and password management. - Ability to develop comprehensive test strategies, test plans, and test cases specifically tailored for IDM systems. Proficiency in test estimation, risk assessment, and prioritization. - Experience and knowledge of various testing techniques, such as functional testing, integration testing, performance testing, and security testing. - Sound experience in analyzing logs, effectively troubleshooting and debugging issues in IDM systems. - Strong communication skills to effectively communicate testing progress, issues, and recommendations to different stakeholders. Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, business analysts, and project managers, to ensure alignment and understanding. - Experience with identity management applications such as midPoint or similar - Knowledge of agile development processes and tools such as JIRA, Git, and GitLab CI - Familiarity with modern infrastructure, i.e. Kubernetes and container technologies - Fluent English Interested We are looking forward to receiving your application Ideally, you should apply online with the reference number.
