Role Description This is a full-time on-site role located in Pune for a Business Analyst (LMS/LOS). The Business Analyst will be responsible for analyzing business processes, gathering and documenting business requirements, and working closely with stakeholders to ensure the successful implementation of LMS/LOS solutions. Daily tasks include conducting detailed analysis, preparing reports, facilitating communications, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals. Location: Pune - WFO Exp: 3+ Note: 4th & 5th Saturdays are working Qualifications - Analytical Skills and Business Analysis skills - Experience in the LMS/LOS domain is required - Business Analysis | Requirement Elicitation | Documentation | BRD | FRD | RTM | Change Request | User Stories | UAT | Test Cases review | Jira Tool | Use Cases | Use case Diagrams | Process flow diagrams | Wireframing | Stakeholder Management | Cross functional coordination | SDLC | Waterfall - Strong Communication skills for effective stakeholder engagement - Experience with Business Processes and Business Requirements - Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field - Relevant certification in Business Analysis (e.g., CBAP) is a plus
