We're looking for an enthusiastic Telecaller cum receptionist who has a knowledge of Digital Marketing to join our dynamic team and gain hands-on experience in real-world marketing campaigns. Key Responsibilities - Lead Qualification and Conversion: Engage with prospects to understand their needs, explain services, persuade them to make purchases, or schedule appointments. - Follow-ups: Conduct timely follow-ups to nurture leads and ensure customer satisfaction. - Meeting Targets: Aim to meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly targets for call volumes and sales conversions. - Target-Based Job. Requirements - Basic knowledge of digital marketing concepts (SEO, social media, content, ads). - Good communication and calling skills (English/Hindi/Bengali preferred). - Willingness to learn and adapt quickly. - Positive attitude and strong sense of responsibility.
