Job Title: Manager / Senior Manager – Dispute Advisory Services

Location: Mumbai, India

About the Role

Dispute Advisory Services team provides financial, economic, and accounting expertise in litigation, arbitration, and other legal proceedings.

We are looking for a Manager / Senior Manager who will lead engagements end-to-end, deliver high-quality financial analysis, and manage teams while collaborating closely with clients and legal advisors.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead assignments including damage quantification, business valuations, and forensic accounting investigations
- Manage project teams and ensure timely, high-quality deliverables
- Build and review financial models to quantify economic damages
- Draft expert reports and present findings clearly
- Mentor and develop junior team members
- Support business development through proposals and client networking

Qualifications & Experience

- Chartered Accountant (CA) strongly preferred; CFA or MBA (Finance) is an advantage
- 5–8 years of relevant post-qualification experience (Big Four or consulting firm background preferred)
- Strong experience in dispute advisory, forensic accounting, or complex business valuations
- Excellent understanding of financial modeling, valuation, and accounting principles
- Familiarity with litigation and arbitration processes is a plus
