Key Responsibilities Brand Strategy - Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies to increase brand awareness and loyalty - Ensure brand consistency across all marketing and communication materials - Monitor and analyze market trends and competitors to inform branding efforts Communication Management - Develop and manage internal and external communication plans including press releases newsletters and social media content - Serve as the primary point of contact for media relations managing press inquiries and securing media coverage - Oversee the creation of compelling content for various communication platforms including websites blogs and social media Campaign Management - Plan execute and manage branding campaigns ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives - Collaborate with the marketing team to create integrated marketing campaigns that promote brand messages effectively - Measure and report on the performance of communication campaigns using data to refine strategies Team Leadership - Lead and mentor a team of communication professionals providing guidance and support to achieve departmental goals - Foster a collaborative environment that encourages creativity and innovation in branding and communication efforts Qualifications - Education Bachelor s degree in Marketing Communications Public Relations or a related field A Master s degree is a plus - Experience 5 years of experience in brand management communications or a related role with a proven track record of successful brand campaigns Skills - Strong understanding of branding principles and communication strategies - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Proficiency in digital marketing and social media platforms - Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously - Leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team ref updazz com
