We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Solution Architect to join our Digital Grid Business team The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing integrating and optimizing advanced SCADA ADMS GIS and related systems to enhance grid reliability operational efficiency and real-time data management Key Responsibilities System Design and Integration Lead the design and integration of SCADA ADMS GIS and other digital grid systems Ensure seamless interoperability between various platforms including billing meters and other utility systems Project Management Oversee the end-to-end implementation of digital grid projects ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards Manage cross-functional teams and coordinate with clients to meet project objectives Technical Leadership Provide technical guidance and leadership in the deployment of SCADA EMS systems including RTU and ICCP integration Drive the adoption of best practices in system integration and operational excellence Client Engagement Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements and provide tailored solutions that enhance grid management capabilities Conduct regular reviews and provide updates on project progress and system performance Innovation and Improvement Stay updated with the latest advancements in digital grid technologies and incorporate innovative solutions to improve system efficiency Identify opportunities for system enhancements and lead initiatives to implement these improvements Support to Internal Teams Provide support to Prescription Design Engineering Tendering Sales and Execution teams Assist in the development of technical proposals and tender documents Offer expertise during the design and engineering phases to ensure alignment with project requirements Support the execution team during project implementation to ensure successful delivery QualificationsQualifications Education Bachelor s or Master s degree in Electrical Engineering Computer Science or a related field Experience Minimum of 10 years of experience in SCADA ADMS GIS and related systems within the power and utilities sector Proven track record of leading large-scale system integration projects particularly in SCADA EMS environments Technical Skills Expertise in SCADA ADMS GIS and EMS systems Strong knowledge of RTU ICCP and other communication protocols Proficiency in system design integration and project management Soft Skills Excellent leadership and team management abilities Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Effective communication and client engagement skills Preferred Qualifications Experience with international projects and multi-regional system integrations Familiarity with the latest digital grid technologies and trends Schedule Full-time Req 007WR0
