Job Description

We Are Hiring Content Moderation

Location: Gurgaon / Delhi - Only local candidates apply.

Schedule: 24/7 Rotational Shifts (with rotational week-offs)

Days Off: 2 consecutive days a week (one week a month may vary)

Experience: Fresher (No Relocation)

Eligibility: Only local candidates

Pass out batch: 2022 to 2025

Requirement: Strong communication skills

Joining Requirement: PDC certificates to be submitted at the time of joining

Compensation:

Work From Home (WFH): 2.25 LPA

Work From Office (WFO): 2.50 LPA

Roles & Responsibilities

Check and validate images/content against the website.

Verify brand name and website details.

Identify sensitive or non-family safe content.

Rate and classify content based on guidelines.

Maintain accuracy, consistency, and compliance in moderation.

Skills Required Good / Excellent communication skills (verbal & written).

Basic knowledge in Digital Marketing / Content Review. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability.

Ability to work independently and adapt quickly to new processes.

Neutral mindset towards diverse video/content types. Organized, result-oriented, and self-motivated. Soft Skills Quick learner & adaptable.

Time & task management skills.

Thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Interest in social media & current events.
