**Job Title**:Legal Content Moderator

**Experience**:3-4 years in the similar role

**The Role**:
**What you will do**:

- Review user-generated content, including text, images, videos, and other media, to ensure compliance with legal standards, community guidelines, and platform policies.
- Identify and flag content that violates applicable laws, regulations, or intellectual property rights, including copyright, trademark, and privacy laws.
- Evaluate the context and intent of content to determine its suitability for the platform and potential risks to users.
- Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to assess legal risks, provide recommendations, and develop strategies for addressing problematic content.
- Respond to user inquiries, reports, and requests related to content moderation, providing timely and accurate resolutions.
- Maintain accurate records of content moderation actions, including documentation of decisions, rationale, and outcomes.
- Stay updated on changes in laws, regulations, and industry standards related to content moderation and online safety.
- Provide training and guidance to internal teams on content moderation policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Assist in the development and implementation of content moderation tools, technologies, and processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of content moderation policies, workflows, and standards based on user feedback and industry trends.
- Bachelor's degree in Law, Legal Studies, or related field.
- Previous experience in content moderation, legal compliance, or related fields preferred.
- Strong understanding of legal principles, including copyright, trademark, privacy, defamation, and other relevant laws.
- Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to assess complex legal issues and make sound judgments.
- Attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to review and analyze large volumes of content efficiently.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, team environment.
- Familiarity with content management systems, moderation tools, and online platforms is a plus.
- Commitment to upholding ethical standards, maintaining confidentiality, and protecting user privacy.
