- Sales Executive Sales Manager Construction Product Sales Position OverviewWe are looking for a results-driven Sales professional to handle both construction project sales and product sales including imports from China The candidate will play a key role in driving revenue growth by building client relationships identifying new opportunities and managing end-to-end sales activities Key Responsibilities- Construction Sales- Identify and secure new construction projects - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients consultants and developers - Prepare proposals quotations and negotiate contracts - Coordinate with project teams to ensure smooth project execution - Product Sales Import Management- Manage product sales including building materials equipment and related items - Source products from China and other international markets - Coordinate with suppliers logistics partners and customs agents for smooth import operations - Negotiate prices delivery timelines and payment terms with overseas suppliers - Maintain product catalog pricing and inventory updates - General Sales Business Development- Achieve monthly quarterly and annual sales targets - Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and competitive trends - Maintain accurate sales records and generate performance reports - Represent the company in exhibitions trade shows and networking events Qualifications Skills- Bachelor s degree in Business Marketing Civil Engineering or related field - 8-10 years of sales experience in construction building materials or international product trade - Experience in import export processes especially with China - Strong communication negotiation and interpersonal skills - Ability to build and maintain strong client and supplier relationships - Knowledge of procurement logistics and documentation for imports - Proficiency in MS Office CRM tools and basic import export documentation software - Willingness to travel for client meetings and supplier visits domestic international Key Competencies- Result-oriented with strong business acumen - Excellent negotiation and closing skills - Knowledge of international trade practices - Strategic thinking and problem-solving - Ability to multitask and manage both project and product sales LocationChennai ref updazz com
