Job Description

Description

We are seeking an experienced OPD Manager to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 6-11 years of experience in the healthcare industry and be able to manage all aspects of the Outpatient Department (OPD) and its operations. The candidate should be able to lead a team of medical professionals and ensure the highest quality of patient care.

Responsibilities

- Oversee the daily operations of the OPD
- Ensure efficient patient flow and scheduling
- Manage the OPD staff including doctors, nurses, and administrative staff
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and standards
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve patient care and the overall patient experience
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless patient care
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement
- Maintain accurate and complete patient records
- Manage the budget for the OPD

Skills and Qualifications

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum of 6-11 years of experience in healthcare management, with a focus on OPD operations
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- In-depth knowledge of healthcare regulations and standards
- Ability to analyze data and identify trends
- Proficiency in computer systems and electronic medical records
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
