Aromaaz International Private Limited is seeking a seasoned Sales Relationship Manager to cultivate and maintain robust business relationships with clients. The ideal candidate will possess 8-10 years of experience in B2B sales, client relationship management, and business development, preferably from IndiaMart, Just Dial, TradeIndia, or the Insurance sector.

Note: Only female candidates are eligible for this position.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and sustain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to drive business growth.
  • Identify and onboard new business clients through effective networking and lead generation.
  • Handle client queries, concerns, and provide suitable solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Formulate and execute strategies to achieve sales and revenue targets.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of business processes.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
  • Prepare and present sales reports, client feedback, and market insights to management.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements with clients.
Key Requirements
  • 8-10 years of experience in B2B sales, client management, or business development.
  • Preferred industry background: IndiaMart, Just Dial, TradeIndia, Insurance sector.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing business relationships. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field.
