- Meet individual and team sales targets.
- Support in achieving showroom revenue goals.
- Maintain accurate records of sales and customer interactions.

Showroom Operations

- Ensure counters and displays are well-maintained and stocked.
- Follow proper procedures for handling stock, pricing, and security.
- Maintain grooming standards, dress code, and etiquette.
- Assist in visual merchandising and promotional campaigns.

Senior Sales Executive Additional Duties

- Mentor and guide junior sales staff on sales techniques and customer handling.
- Handle high-value customers and complex sales queries.
- Support Floor Manager in monitoring daily floor operations.
- Provide feedback to management on customer preferences and market trends.
