Your ProfileEducation and Experience:Personal Qualifications:Physical/Mental Abilities:

- Skills and Knowledge: Technical Expertise: Knowledge of electronic/mechanical components, Bill of Materials (BOM) structures, part numbering system, materials science knowledge, understanding about testing and validation methodologies. SAP and PLM software understanding.

- Component lifecycle management: Understanding and managing component obsolescence, change notifications, and second-source strategies.
- Compliance and Regulatory Skills: Knowledge of industry standards, Understanding and applying relevant standards like RoHS, REACH, and others. Regulatory compliance. Ability to identify and mitigate risks related to compliance and ensure products meet regulatory requirements.
- Data analytics: Analyzing data to identify patterns, trends, and potential compliance issues. Experience reviewing and validation Full Material Declarations (FMD), Certificate of Compliance, and supplier declarations.
- Problem-solving: Ability to troubleshoot and find solutions to compliance-related issues.
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or science (such as Chemical Engineering, Materials Science and Engineering, Electronics, or Mechanical Engineering).
- 2 -4 years of experience in an industrial environment and with material compliance.
- Proactive with the necessary interest and willingness to learn new things
- Responsible, reliable, accurate, analytical and independent way of working
- Open, outgoing and honest personality who likes to move in an agile environment / team.

- Should have strong physical and mental abilities

Your Tasks

Main Tasks and Duties

- Maintains and cleanses the material compliance master data
- Ensures that product and master data is correct in regard to material compliance
- Creates new material objects in PDM system
- Collaborates with local suppliers acc. to regulatory guidelines
- Creates new purchasing parts and maintains them over the life cycle
- Creates purchasing specification according to describe supplier products and designed parts
- Works closely with construction engineer and technical product coordinators for new data requests

Responsibility:

- PDM part and material object creation for all Systems and Connectivity article groups
- Maintains technical responsibility for the product and master data of the product lines into material compliance
- Efficiently supports the development process
- Ensures error-free, clean and comprehensible documentation for the following places
- Complies with the technical product specifications during implementation
- Ongoing updating of technological knowledge
- Ensures fulfillment of Technical Product Coordination Service Level Agreement
