Role Overview You will lead the entire production floor, ensuring continuous manufacturing, zero downtime, and consistent product quality. Key Responsibilities - Manage day-to-day production operations & meet daily output targets - Plan manpower, assign shifts & ensure 100% workforce readiness - Maintain top-tier hygiene, GMP, safety & cleaning standards - Monitor machine utilization, downtime & efficiency metrics - Lead process optimization, waste reduction & productivity improvement - Maintain batch records, production logs, and compliance documents - Coordinate with QC for batch release and quality approvals - Work with Maintenance to minimize breakdowns and implement preventive maintenance - Supervise supervisors, machine operators & support staff Ideal Candidates - Minimum 3 years in FMCG/food manufacturing production - Strong team leadership & decision-making capability - Knowledge of food production machinery preferred - Confident in managing fast-paced operations - Must relocate to Himatnagar Qualification & Experience: - Bachelor's degree in Food Science / Food Technology or a related discipline. - 5–6 years of experience in Food manufacturing Industry
