Job Title HR Assistant Manager Deputy Manager Work location Santacruz Mumbai Working Days 5 days Monday to Friday Working Timing 6 To 9 P M Contract Initially for 12 months Payroll company Talisman Staffing Experience 5 Years Roles Responsibilities HR Operations including Talent acquisition Payroll Benefits Payroll Compliance HR MIS etc Manage Complete life cycle of off-roll management Support in Recruitment selection process and complete onboarding of new joinees Maintain employee record personal file and ensure background verification of all new joinees within TAT End to end payroll and benefits processing through external payroll processing vendor Leave and attendance administration and Vendor management Benefits administration related to Employee group insurance policies timely renewals addition deletion and coordination with Insurance companies Brokers Manage Post payroll compliances including PF ESIC PT Actuarial valuation etc Exit management including No dues clearance exit interview and final settlement Manage Vendor payments
