Job Description Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Talent Sourcer. The Talent Sourcer will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and cultivating relationships with top talent for various roles within the organization. Key responsibilities include sourcing potential candidates using online platforms, social media, and databases, building talent pools for future recruitment needs, and collaborating closely with hiring managers and recruiters to meet hiring goals. Additionally, the Talent Sourcer will maintain accurate records of candidate information and contribute to optimizing sourcing processes. Qualifications - Proficiency in candidate sourcing tools and techniques such as LinkedIn, job boards, and social media search tools - Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills to engage effectively with candidates and stakeholders - Analytical and research skills for identifying qualified candidates and staying informed about industry trends - Time management, organizational abilities, and attention to detail for managing multiple assignments and maintaining candidate records - Ability to work autonomously in a remote setting with a proactive and goal-oriented mindset - Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is a plus - Prior experience in recruitment or talent sourcing is preferred - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is advantageous
