About the Role
As Talent Sourcer & Recruitment Coordinator, you will be the crucial engine that powers our hiring machine. This is a unique hybrid role for a talent professional who loves the thrill of the hunt (sourcing) and excels at creating a flawless candidate journey (coordination). You won't just fill roles; you will be the first impression of our company for top talent, building pipelines and managing processes that allow us to move quickly and secure the best people in the market. Responsibilities
Talent Sourcing

•Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to define role requirements and candidate profiles

•Proactively source candidates using advanced techniques (Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, job boards, social media, niche platforms)

•Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs

•Engage passive candidates through personalized outreach and relationship-building

•Track and report sourcing metrics, providing insights on talent market trends
Recruitment Coordination

•Schedule and coordinate interviews across multiple stakeholders, ensuring a smooth candidate experience

•Manage communication between candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers

•Support offer management and onboarding processes by liaising with HR and candidates

•Maintain accurate candidate records in ATS/CRM systems

•Assist in organizing recruitment events, career fairs, and employer branding initiatives

•Ensure compliance with recruitment policies and procedures
Experiences and Skills

•3–5 years of combined experience in talent sourcing and recruitment coordination

•Strong knowledge of sourcing tools and platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, GitHub, Stack Overflow, etc.)

•Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions and coordinate complex interview schedules

•Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills

•Familiarity with ATS/CRM systems and recruitment analytics

•Ability to work in fast-paced environments and adapt to shifting priorities
