JOB DESCRIPTION

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

Banking/ Treasury

- Works closely with Banks for driving timely vendor payments both Domestic/ Imports.
- Loading payments in payment factory/ banking portal and obtaining approvals and posting relevant entries in Oracle
- Keeping bank records updated for changes in signatories and other required documentations
- Obtaining 15 CA/CB certificates for making A2 (service) payments.
- Timely Employee/ Vendor Advances payments.
- Cash balance reporting to corporate treasury.
- Managing cash flow.

FEMA Compliances

- Ensuring closure of FEMA compliance around IDPMS/ ORM/ GR Waivers.
- Working with bank to identify issues for long standing items related FEMA.

Accounts Payable

- Reporting Incomplete vendor master for missing bank details, GST or other details
- Managing TDS Compliances/ Returns.
- Site contact for Payable related queries.
- Providing details for any IT or related notices/ audits

Month End

- Co-ordinating for Bank Reconciliations with Shared Service center.
- Passing payment entries
- Forex revaluations
- Mass allocation run.
- GL Checks preparing for HFM loading.

Others

- FA Capitalization and depreciation run.
- Audit support for the above areas.
- Balance sheet schedules
- Clearing out Manual Journal approvals.
- Ad hoc requests.

For This Role, You Will Need:

- Minimum8-10years of proven experienceinthemanufacturingenvironment.
- Solid understandingonOracleandMSOffice.
- Abilitytoleadchangeandalignment on newconcepts andapproachesthrough persistence, self-motivation, follow-through, and commitment.
- Great teammate who buildsandmaintains positiveteam memberrelations.
- Able tomanageandschedulemultipleprioritiesandmeetdeadlines.
- Possess strong analytical skills.
- Manage internal and external stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:

- B.Com./ M.Com./ ICWAI (Inter)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- JDE, Oracle and Adv Excel, will be an advantage
