The Recruiter will be responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates. The role includes collaborating with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, using various recruitment platforms, maintaining candidate databases, and ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience. Additional responsibilities include updating job descriptions, coordinating recruitment events, and staying updated on best hiring practices and strategies. Qualifications - Proficiency in recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates - Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills - Ability to build and maintain relationships with candidates and hiring managers - Experience using applicant tracking systems and recruitment platforms - Knowledge of labor laws and compliance standards in the recruitment process is preferred - Problem-solving abilities and keen attention to detail - Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
