Job Description - Lead fund audits with global client exposure - Team handling role in a Big 4 environment Job Description - Lead and manage audit engagements for investment funds end-to-end - Ensure compliance with IFRS, US GAAP, Ind AS, and regulatory frameworks - Own planning, execution, and final deliverable of audits - Manage, mentor, and guide audit teams on engagements - Act as the primary contact for clients, ensuring strong relationships and timely delivery - Work closely with leadership on project planning, resource allocation, and quality assurance - Contribute to process improvements and knowledge sharing within the practice The Successful Applicant - CA/CPA qualified with minimum 5 years of post-qualification experience - Must have worked with a Big 6 firm for at least 18 months - Strong exposure to fund audits or asset management clients - Proven ability in team management and leadership roles - Deep knowledge of auditing and accounting standards (IFRS, US GAAP, Ind AS) - Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills What's on Offer - Lead high-visibility audits with international exposure - Career growth within a Big 4 leadership track - Competitive compensation and benefits package - Flexibility to work from Kolkata, Kochi, or Bangalore This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced professional to take on a leadership role in the accounting and finance department of a reputed professional services firm.
