Job Introduction

Principal Responsibilities

.Managing Day-to-Day Operations:This includes overseeing various departments and functions, such as sales, marketing, human resources, and finance etc to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

Implementing Strategies :

.COOs work with the CEO and other executives to translate the company's strategic goals into actionable plans and operational procedures.

.Ensuring Operational Efficiency:

They focus on streamlining processes, optimizing resource allocation, and identifying areas for improvement to enhance productivity and reduce costs.

Driving Growth:

COOs play a vital role in identifying opportunities for growth and expansion, developing strategies to capitalize on those opportunities, and ensuring the company is well-positioned for future success. Eg. Digital initiatives, Fund raising activities etc

Building and Leading Teams:

They are responsible for building strong teams, delegating responsibilities, and fostering a positive and productive work environment.

.Financial Management:

COOs may be involved with CFO in budgeting, financial reporting, and ensuring financial stability.

Risk Management:

They are responsible for identifying and mitigating operational risks with CRO to protect the company's assets and reputation.

.Communication and Collaboration:

COOs need strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with various stakeholders, including employees, executives, and external partners.

.CISO Roles & responsibilities in line with business ask and any additional responsibilities which may be assigned by management from time to time.

Requirements

.10 to 15 years or more of relevant experience, including team leadership
