Job Description Overview FP&A Senior Coordinator (L4) for Brand & Innovation is responsible for managing key financial reports and analysis deliverables that drive the FLNA innovation ticket pipeline. This includes owning innovation ticket reporting across all brands, supporting the Innovation AOP/ESP planning cycles, and delivering ad hoc financial analysis in collaboration with cross-functional partners to optimize brand and innovation performance across the FLUS portfolio Responsibilities 1. Own FLNA Innovation Report: Identify and report innovation ticket by project across all brands, providing timely visibility into portfolio trends. 2. Manage the forecast file: Periodically distribute the official forecast file to the team to ensure forecast alignment. 3. Lead POR Deck creation: Periodically create the POR deck, reporting on innovation net revenue and stales performance. 4. Own Brand Innovation Reporting: Periodically create and distribute the comprehensive Brand Innovation Report, reporting data across GSDW, PSRA, and IRI Ticket and D&V metrics across portfolios. 5. Identify and analyse mixed pallet ticket for innovation on a periodical basis, supporting accurate ticket recognition. 6. Support AOP and ESP planning cycles, through consistent support across all submission rounds. 7. Conduct ad hoc financial analysis of innovation projects to inform strategic decisions. 8. Maintain and own the innovation SharePoint list site, ensuring data integrity and accessibility for cross-functional partners. 9. Periodically share updates regarding new BDCs with team members to ensure system readiness. 10. Maintain the Innovation Pounds Report and report on Innovation Big Bet D&V information from IRI. Tools & Systems Requirement: - SAP BOBJ (gSDW and PSRA) - IRI - TOAD - Excel Qualifications - 3 to 6 years of experience in finance and planning with undergraduate degree in accounting or finance (CA, MBA, ICWA, CMA with 0-3 years of experience preferred) - Experience in financial analysis, data integrity maintenance and systems such as SAP, Business Objects, Essbase would be good to have - Strong excel skills - Able to work independently and takes initiative - Capable of managing multiple time sensitive priorities simultaneously - Detail-oriented organized in approach and in document maintenance - Ability to function well in a team environment - Consistently shows urgency, courtesy and patience - Exceptional communication skills. Proficiency in English language
