About The Role As a Technical Business Analyst in the Tech Pacific Domain, you are responsible for leading business analysis activities across complex projects, ensuring business objectives are effectively translated into robust technical solutions, and managing teams to deliver successful outcomes. Role Type: Permanent Work Location: Bengaluru Work Schedule: Regular Shifts(HybridBlended) Note - Please note that while this advertisement is for a single role, there are multiple vacancies available for this position What will your day look like Analysis: - Elicitation define and refine requirements - Analysis and Problem Solving - Process Mapping current & target state - Identify dependencies/risks and issues - Use of Stories/Acceptance Criteria - Building Domain/Application Knowledge Deliver: - Self-Managing deliver to outcomes as agreed - Good communication & documentation - Responds to and invites feedback - Facilitation Skills team based - Learning ANZ release processes/ADF - Learning Agile Ways of Working Connect: - Support team/colleagues | Develop relationships | Attends and learns in Guilds/CoPs Lead: - Provide and receive feedback | Share knowledge | Support colleagues wellbeing What will you bring - 8+ years of relevant experience in Business Analysis with a good understanding of wholesale lending. - Lead and manage the end-to-end gathering and analysis of business and technical requirements. - Collaborate with developers, testers, project managers, and business stakeholders to define and validate technical solutions. - Analyze business and stakeholders need to define detailed functional and non-functional requirements that support solution design and development. - Translate business objectives into actionable system capabilities, ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture, compliance, and banking regulations. - Demonstrate strong knowledge of banking products, services, and the regulatory environment. - Prepare comprehensive documentation, including use cases, prototypes, and technical specifications. - Facilitate workshops and discussions with internal teams and stakeholders to elicit and refine requirements. - Operate effectively in cross-functional Agile/Scrum teams, actively participating in sprint planning, backlog refinement, and retrospectives. - Act as a key liaison between business and IT teams, ensuring solutions meet user expectations and strategic goals. - Identify gaps, dependencies, and risks, providing recommendations to improve business processes and technical solutions. - Maintain traceability of requirements throughout the project lifecycle, supporting test case creation, validation, and user acceptance testing (UAT). - Drive continuous improvement initiatives to streamline operations and reduce manual effort. - Build and manage strong stakeholder relationships, demonstrating effective communication and influence at senior levels.
