HR Operations & Automation: - Streamline HR processes, policies, and systems including HRIS implementation, payroll oversight, and benefits administration. - Lead digitization and automation initiatives to enhance operational efficiency. Culture, Engagement & Leadership Development: - Champion a people-first culture focused on engagement, diversity, inclusion, and continuous learning. - Mentor HR teams across regions and functions, fostering leadership and succession planning.
