Preventive Maintenance Planning Developing maintenance schedules and documentation Reviewing and updating maintenance procedures 2 Performing regular system checks to ensure all components are functioning correctly 3 Training and Development Training junior technicians or new employees Staying updated with the latest technologies and methodologies in maintenance Keeping up-to-date to team with the latest advancements in engine technology and maintenance techniques 4 Inventory Management Managing spare parts and tools inventory Ensuring that all necessary components are available for any sudden repairs or maintenance tasks Coordinating with planning and maintenance team for the timely procurement of parts 5 Technical Support and Troubleshooting Providing technical support to running team or Fleet owners Troubleshooting and diagnosing issues when the engines are not in active use Developing troubleshooting guides and SOP SMP 7 Compliance and Safety Checks Keeping records of safety checks and compliance documentation Conducting safety audits and implementing necessary changes 8 Focus Improvement Project FIP Leading or participating in special projects related to engine systems Coordinating with various departments to achieve project goals Monitoring project progress and making necessary adjustments 9 Data Analysis and Reporting RCA for Failures and raise failure report to Technical Team Analyzing engine performance data to identify trends and potential issues Creating detailed reports for management and operational teams 10 Using data to improve maintenance strategies and operational efficiency Observing trends or patterns that may indicate potential future issues 11 Ensure Daily Machine Trackers KPI Dashboard Daily Shift Report Trackers and compliance Breakdown Backlog Notification update in BPCS as well as in SAP 12 All Statutory Documentations Update 13 Support Planning and Maintenance Team with proper availability of Job Card and other related documentation Record Keeping with PPT for reviews and compliances Qualification Skills and Experience 1 BE Diploma in Mechanical Electrical 4 to 6 years experience with exposure in Underground mines in a similar role 2 Well Experience of Drill machine maintenance with SHE standard and guidelines 3 Technical Competent on HEMM Underground machinery Drill experience will be advantage 4 Having good knowledge of MS Office particularly Excel Word and PowerPoint along with strong presentation skills 5 Communication Skills Analytical Skills Interpersonal Skills Problem-Solving Skills Attention to Detail Teamwork and Collaboration Adaptability Critical Thinking Time Management Problem Ownership Risk Management Customer Focus 6 Exposure to Failure Analysis FMEA RCA Reliability and Sustainability Engineering Understanding and applying reliability metrics such as Mean Time Between Failures MTBF Mean Time To Repair MTTR and failure rate analysis Key competencies required for this role 1 Engineer ensure and remains productive and ready to respond when needed contributing to the overall efficiency and reliability of the Fleet performance 2 Analytical Mindset Approaching problems with logic and reasoning and systematically evaluating evidence to arrive at sound conclusions 3 Problem-Solving Orientation Being proactive in identifying and addressing reliability issues rather than waiting for
