Site Engineer

The Site Engineer will be responsible for overseeing all day-to-day on-site activities ensuring that the civil mechanical electrical plumbing and CETP construction works are executed as per approved drawings specifications timelines and quality standards for the Salem Yarn Coloring Park project Site Supervision and Execution Monitor and supervise construction activities including civil infrastructure CETP roads drainage pipelines utilities electrical substations and mechanical installations Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings technical specifications and quality standards Contractor Coordination Coordinate daily work activities with multiple contractors and vendors Conduct regular progress meetings and resolve minor technical site issues Quality Assurance Implement quality control measures at all stages of construction Conduct material inspections check workmanship and verify work against standards Measurement Billing Verify measurements on-site Prepare check contractors running bills and recommend for certification Project Progress Monitoring Track work schedules and compare actual progress against plans Report delays bottlenecks and suggest corrective measures Safety Compliance Ensure that all site activities are carried out in a safe working environment Enforce adherence to HSE Health Safety Environment protocols Documentation and Reporting Maintain daily site logs progress reports quality inspection records Assist in preparing weekly monthly progress reports for management review Stakeholder Liaison Liaise with consultants vendors and local authorities for on-ground coordination Attend project review meetings and provide technical inputs as needed Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay From 20 000 00 per month Education Diploma Preferred Experience Construction 5 years Required Shift availability Day Shift Preferred Willingness to travel 50 Preferred Work Location In person Application Deadline 25 08 2025 Expected Start Date 22 08 2025
