About the Company At Delta we are re-imagining and re-building the financial system Join our team to make a positive impact on the future of finance Mission Driven Re-imagine and re-build the future of finance Most innovative cryptocurrency derivatives exchange With a daily traded volume of 0 5billion and increasing Delta is bigger than all the Indian crypto exchanges combined Offer the widest range of derivative products and have been serving traders all over the globe since 2018 and growing fast Founding team is comprised of IIT and ISB graduates Business co-founders have previously worked with Citibank UBS and GIC and our tech co-founder is a serial entrepreneur who previously co-founded TinyOwl and Funded by top crypto funds Sino Global Capital CoinFund Gumi Cryptos and crypto projects Aave and Kyber Network Skillset You primarily identify as a senior frontend engineer and are comfortable working on the client-side using React Typescript JavaScript HTML and CSS You have a minimum of 5 to 10 years of professional experience and have shipped code to production recently and regularly You are fluent in using the tools of the trade Editors Git Command line Slack Jira etc Strong proficiency in building high-performing real-time web mobile applications using React With emphasis on good state management patterns and component design patterns for re-usability and maintainability You can build features from scratch which are modular and scalable You don t hesitate to take them from design to implementation You understand nuances of web performance enjoy tweaking javascript and build process for the best end user experience You are driven care about turning in quality work which is beautiful performant and responsive with good test coverage Bonus You have experience in developing apps web using React Native Requirements What will you do Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including designers back-end engineers product managers and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution and timely delivery of features Take ownership of feature development from conception to deployment ensuring high-quality deliverables Write clean efficient and maintainable code using HTML CSS Typescript and React eco-system Debug and resolve technical issues suggest ways to improve application performance and maintainability What you can expect from us Mentorship and great work culture Mentorship and continuous improvement are a part of the team s DNA We have a battle-tested robust growth framework You will have people to look up to and people looking up to you We are a people-first high-trust high-autonomy team We strive to follow best programming practices such as TDD Pair Programming DRY etc We are remote We have been working remotely for a while now and we know how remote teams work Our team members are working all over India and we try to meet for fun off-sites A good balance between deep focussed work and collaborative work Friendly humane interview process 30-minute alignment check and screening call Pair programming interview Collaborate work together In-depth engineering discussion around your skills and career so far System design and architecture interview What we ask from you Bring your software engineering both individual brilliance and collaborative skills Bring your good nature we re building a team that supports each other Be vested or interested in what we are working on
