To ensure we keep on the forefront of the dynamic commercial payments landscape, the GCS Strategy, M&A and Alliances team is charged with defining the long-term business objectives, setting businesses priorities, and driving strategic growth opportunities to accelerate revenue growth. The Opex CoE team is passionate about providing a consistent & standardized Financial/Op Ex reporting mechanism for GCS leaders, enabling timely identification of risks and opportunities and agile reinvestments across the organization.Purpose of the Role: This role will support GCS Opex CoE team in driving consistent Opex reporting leveraging Tableau Dashboards. The candidate will lead in optimizing the Opex reporting processes through continuous automation and digitization.Responsibilities: - Design, develop and deliver Tableau Dashboard solutions to weave a story with available data Keeping in mind the objective behind the visualization and different ways the data should be looked at to infer insights - Lead publishing of detailed Opex results (Financial and Headcount view) within GCS Opex Dashboard for Sr. Leadership - Connect data from different sources into the visualization tool e.g. flat files, internet, database connections - Ensure that all deadlines are continually met, and adequate controls are maintained over the processes to ensure integrity of the information - Drive process transformation through innovation and automation - Perform root cause analysis on any technical issues faced during process run - Collaborate with multiple stakeholders across Finance, GCS Business Partners and internal teams to drive optimal output and deliver efficient reporting capabilities - Ensure controls & risk governance with evolving AXP Control framework - Flexibility to operate across different time zones and shifts Minimum Qualifications: - Good analytical and problem-solving skills - Data Interpretation, visualization and reporting - Hands-on experience with Tableau Desktop Certified Professional, Tableau Developer, Tableau Prep - Ability to handle high pressure environment with aggressive deadlines while balancing long term / short term impacts and multiple priorities and customers - Ability to manage time and effectively prioritize multiple tasks to meet tight deadlines - Collaborate well with stakeholders spread across different geographies - Ability to learn quickly and work independently with complex, unstructured initiatives Technical Skills: - Strong proficiency in Tableau Desktop/ Power BI for building Dashboards and Reports - Ability to optimize queries, data extracts and dashboard performance for large datasets - Knowledge of programming Languages (SQL, Python) for advanced analytics & Tableau integration - Understanding on how to leverage Big Data platform for sourcing, extracting data requirements for various data analytics needs Past Experience: - 2-3 years of experience in Tableau Dashboard /Power BI & Data Analytics processes Academic Background: - B.
