Job Title: Business Analyst - Excel & Data Management Specialist Location: Offshore-India Budget:-15 $/hr for India ---------------------------------------- Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Business Analyst with exceptional proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data management. The ideal candidate will be responsible for collecting, validating, analyzing, and presenting business data to support informed decision-making. ---------------------------------------- Key Responsibilities - Collect, clean, and validate large datasets from multiple sources. - Perform data entry and ensure accuracy, consistency, and integrity of business data. - Use Microsoft Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables, charts, Power Query, VBA/macros preferred) to analyze trends and prepare reports. - Develop and maintain dashboards, trackers, and performance reports. - Collaborate with business teams to understand requirements and translate them into data-driven insights. - Identify process improvement opportunities through data analysis. - Support management with ad hoc data requests, summaries, and presentations. - Ensure confidentiality and proper handling of sensitive business information. ---------------------------------------- Required Skills & Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Economics, Data Analytics, or related field. - 2-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Data Analyst, or similar role. - Expert knowledge of Microsoft Excel - formulas, pivot tables, lookups, conditional formatting, macros, etc. - Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry. - Good analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. - Familiarity with data visualization tools (Power BI / Tableau) is an advantage. - Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. ---------------------------------------- Preferred Qualifications - Experience with VBA / Excel automation. - Exposure to SQL, Power Query, or Power Automate. - Understanding of business processes and data governance. ---------------------------------------- Key Attributes - Analytical mindset and curiosity for data. - High integrity and confidentiality. - Strong organizational and documentation skills. - Team player with excellent interpersonal communication.
