Job Title Sales Executive - Hospitality and Wellness 1 Overview The Sales Executive for Hospitality and Wellness will be responsible for driving sales growth and building strong relationships within the hospitality and wellness sectors The role aims to identify new business opportunities develop strategic partnerships and promote our services to meet the unique needs of clients in this dynamic industry The Sales Executive will contribute to the overall business objectives through innovative sales strategies and exceptional customer service 2 Key Responsibilities Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the hospitality and wellness markets Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients stakeholders and partners Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities Create and deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals to potential clients Collaborate with marketing teams to design promotional materials and campaigns Achieve sales targets and report on metrics and performance regularly Attend industry events trade shows and networking functions to promote brand awareness Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client needs and resolving issues promptly 3 Technical Skills Proficiency in CRM software e g Salesforce HubSpot for managing client relationships and sales pipelines Strong understanding of sales forecasting and reporting techniques Ability to analyze market data and derive actionable insights Familiarity with digital marketing techniques and tools including social media and email marketing platforms Knowledge of the hospitality and wellness industry standards and practices 4 Required Qualifications Bachelor s degree in Business Administration Marketing Hospitality Management or a related field Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales preferably within the hospitality or wellness sectors 5 Skills Experience Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth Strong business development skills with the ability to identify and capitalize on new market opportunities Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships and facilitate negotiations Solid marketing abilities with experience in crafting targeted campaigns to attract new clients Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated We invite qualified candidates who are passionate about sales in the hospitality and wellness industries to apply for this exciting opportunity We are committed to fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace and encourage applicants from all backgrounds to apply
