Job Description We are seeking a data-driven and strategic Demand Forecasting Analyst who can work independently to gather and analyze data, develop monthly sales forecasts for key product families with $2040 million in annual revenue, and effectively communicate forecast updates and drivers to Marketing and Factory leadership. Job Description: Minimum 5 years experience in demand planning and forecasting, supply chain analytics and order fulfillment Develop monthly sales forecasts using historical data and business inputs. Analyze trends and identify issues to improve forecast accuracy. Collaborate with Marketing, Supply Chain, and Factory teams to align plans. Monitor inventory levels and support supply-demand balancing. Present forecast updates and insights to leadership. Continuously improve forecasting tools and processes. Stay updated on industry best practices and tools through training and research. Identify and resolve supply-demand mismatches, contributing to improved service levels and reduced excess inventory. Skills: - Proficiency in forecasting tools SAP MM, SAP SD and Advance excel, - Good to have basic experience in PowerBI - Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities. - Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills. - Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
